- Upon arrival at the apartment, all guests must show their passport or identification document and allow the owner or host to record the necessary personal information on the rental agreement, which must be signed by both parties (the person responsible for the reservation and the owner). - No one may stay in the apartment unless they are registered on the reservation and the rental agreement. - The person named on the reservation must stay in the apartment (i.e., reservations cannot be made in your name for other people if you will not be staying there as well). - For stays longer than 30 days, guests will be required to pay a security deposit (equivalent to one month’s rent) by bank transfer prior to arrival.
